THORMA EXTENDED 5 YEAR WARRANTY
EXTENDED WARRANTY is valid only for exclusive models bought trought official partners of THORMA.
The Manufacturer provides a five – year limited warranty on all steel parts. The warranty commence on the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in covered components, provided the product has been installed and operated strictly in accordance with the Manufacturer’s printed instructions.
This warranty does not cover damage or breakage caused by improper handling, use of the wrong type of fuel, misuse or unauthorized modification. This warranty does not cover defects or faults caused by local conditions such as draft problems and chimney defects.
Damage caused by over-firing or over-heating (as described in the operation manual). Warping and a red-oxide coloring will demonstrate the over- heating of internal castings; body paint pigment that has turned dusty white is also indicative.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:
Manufacturer, distributor and supplier shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to property or persons arising from or related to use of this product.
There is expressly no warranty on the following components:
- Glass,
- Vermiculite, firebricks,
- Paint,
- Metal Plating,
- Gasket Material,
- Ash cans,
- Grate assemblies,
- Glass protector (fire-bars),
- Ceramics,
- Natural stone,
- Costs relating to the removal, repair or re-installation.
This warranty is valid only for stoves registered at www.thorma.sk within one month of the later of the purchase date or installation date (not later then 3 months from pruchase date). Accordingly, the start date for the warranty period is the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable and please retains your dated sales receipt as a proof of purchase. After registration you will get a registration number on your email. This registration number has to be use within each claim.
